  • Install and maintain WUG servers.
  • Keep track of member services.
  • Ensure that services are secure.
  • Ensure system availability of WUG services.
  • Resolve issues relating to WUG services.
  • Write recovery documents.
  • Backups.
  • Inform members of changes or downtime of services.
  • Help people struggling with services.
