There are a number of ways to get help on CTWUG.

Before you do, please ensure you have followed all of the guides to get started here and followed the Troubleshooting guide.

All the information you need to solve any problem specific to your node is on this Wiki and you should make sure you've done everything you can before you ask for help. This isn't because we don't want to help - it's because we get an enormous volume of requersts for help - the less of these we get, the more we can help with the 'bigger picture' issues.

Your first point of call is your area's First contact. First contacts are well known and well connected in their area to assist or forward you to the right person to assist you with your problem or query.

There is a list of these contacts here: First_Contacts.

You can also join us on IRC and ask for help there. Join CTWUG_IRC and ask for help in #ctwug.
