Introduction
Welcome to CTWUG-WoW Installation wiki page. This page will provide you with a step by step guide as to how to install World of Warcraft up to the current server patch.

Installation Guide
Seperate WoW-disc Installation
For this installation approach you need the 3 installation discs namely: World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft - The Burning Crusade and World of Warcraft - The Wrath of the Lich King. You also require all patches up to and including patch 3.3.5a.
Installation process:
- Install World of Warcraft
- Install World of Warcraft - The Burning Crusade
- Install World of Warcraft - The Wrath of the Lich King
- Install patches up and including patch 3.3.5a
- Navigate to ..\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\
- Edit the realmlist.wtf file.
- Modify "set realmlist ..." to read "set realmlist wow.ctwug.za.net".
- Open up http://wow.ctwug.za.net in your browser and create an account.
- Join CTWUG-WoW realm. Note: Do not select the CTWUG-WoW-DEBUG realm.
- Buy Redbull and chips and enjoy the World of Warcraft.
The Wrath of the Lich King - Full Installation disc
For this installation approach you only need 1 installation discs namely: World of Warcraft - The Wrath of the Lich King. You also require all patches up to and including patch 3.3.5a. This approach has been tested and installation was successful.
Installation process:
- Install World of Warcraft - The Wrath of the Lich King
- Install patches up and including patch 3.3.5a
- Navigate to ..\World of Warcraft\Data\enUS\
- Edit the realmlist.wtf file.
- Modify "set realmlist ..." to read "set realmlist wow.ctwug.za.net".
- Open up http://wow.ctwug.za.net in your browser and create an account.
