Rage HS Diabolix MIMO set - 14th November 2010
We have previously attempted to establish a link with Diabolix and have not been able to keep a stable link. The solution to this (as demonstrated with the pmurgs link) is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIMO.
Due to space constraints at Rage, we set up a cross-bar, upon which the Diabolix grids were placed, as far from each other as possible.

Plan
Bigmikedavis and pmurgs meet up at 10am at Rage.
Results
The following was done:
- scarecrow cross-beam, with grids were added
- stay-wire added to mast
- scanned for Phebos
* Connected, but link was unusable
- scanned for Diabolix
* Connected later, but link was unusable * UPDATE: After some adjustment (frequencies and settings), the link is up and usable at 6Mbps each way.
We are waiting for Diabolix to complete his portion of the MIMO setup.
