Admins

Introduction (Needs rework)

This page is intended to get soms structure behing ctwug admin, where we will plan how admins should and will operate.

  • 1. Alle admins het access orals, ons werk as 'n span.
    • 1.1) "meer gevestigdge" admins kry full
    • 1.2) nuwe admin (1 op 'n slag) kry write.
  • 2. Cut down die admin list
    • 2.1) Begin by basiese core team, Rellik, TheFox, TFyre, Stolla, VaSH + Pilgrim as "new"
  • 3. Ticketing system - Wat kort ons
    • 3.1) Central user database - Link na ctwug site of user authentication
    • 3.2) Mense moet ticket kan launch van http af
    • 3.3) Knowledge base


  • 4.) Bou nuwe admin span
    • 4.1) Admins wat deel van die span is word vertrou en kry orals access
    • 4.2) Slegs een nuwe admin word toegelaat/getrain op 'n slag
    • 4.3) Nuwe admins sal vertel word wat hulle mag en nie mag doen nie
    • 4.4) Kry form wat info bevat soos hoekom jy admin wil wees
  • 5. Kry standaarde
    • 5.1) Document alles wat ons doen, en hoe ons dit doen
  • 6. OSPF / Queues
    • 6.1) As jy ospf wil run, moet jy OSPF admin toelaat op jou rb en game queues

How to add new clients (Needs discussion)

  • See if the new user's node is added on wind.
  • Point the user to the CTWUG rules page on wiki, and get an acknowledgement of agreement from him/her.
