Ubuntu mirror
Add the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://mirror.highvoltage.ctwug.za.net/ubuntu precise main universe multiverse restricted
If you're using a later version, replace "precise" with "raring" or "saucy". Versions other then precise, raring and saucy aren't currently mirrored.
Debian mirror
Add the following to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
