High Sites

CTWUG Highsites are CTWUG owned and maintained nodes. They form the backbone infrastructure to CTWUG. These sites normally have multiple fast backbone links to one another. They also have interfaces that broadcasts signal for client nodes to connect to.

Relay Nodes

a Relay Node is basically a Client node that have multiple wireless interfaces. a Relay Node will normally connect to another Highsite but will also broadcast signal for other users to connect to. Relay nodes differ from Highsites in that they are normally privately owned and funded.

Client Nodes

Client Nodes (aka Basic nodes) are nodes that connects to 1 other node. (normally a relay node)

CTWUG users that only connect to highsite is an example of a Client Node.
