-    * In notepad type these two lines:
-          o 1.1.1.1 - 172.15.255.255
-          o 172.32.0.0 - 255.255.255.255
-        the above only allows access to 172.16.0.0/12
-    * Save the file as ipfilter.dat
-    * Then open the file, "%AppData%\uTorrent". (Press windowskey+R, type %AppData%\uTorrent)
-          o Paste the ipfilter.dat you just created in this file.
-    * In uTorrent press Ctr+P.
-          o In the advanced tab, make sure that ipfilter.enable is true.
-          o Apply > OK > Close
-    * In the peer tab, right click on an IP adress > select Reload IPfilter.
-Ok you have now blocked all the ip adresses ranging from 1.1.1.1 - 172.15.255.255 and 172.32.0.0 - 255.255.255.255.
-You may modify this range as you please by editing the ipfilter.dat file.
-To check if you are blocking the IP's, in the Logger tab you should see the following;
-Loaded ipfilter.dat (2 entries)
