    * In notepad type these two lines:
 
          o 1.1.1.1 - 172.15.255.255
 
          o 172.32.0.0 - 255.255.255.255
 
 
 
        the above only allows access to 172.16.0.0/12
 
 
 
    * Save the file as ipfilter.dat
 
 
 
 
 
    * Then open the file, "%AppData%\uTorrent". (Press windowskey+R, type %AppData%\uTorrent)
 
          o Paste the ipfilter.dat you just created in this file.
 
 
 
 
 
    * In uTorrent press Ctr+P.
 
          o In the advanced tab, make sure that ipfilter.enable is true.
 
          o Apply > OK > Close
 
 
 
 
 
    * In the peer tab, right click on an IP adress > select Reload IPfilter.
 
 
 
 
 
Ok you have now blocked all the ip adresses ranging from 1.1.1.1 - 172.15.255.255 and 172.32.0.0 - 255.255.255.255.
 
 
 
You may modify this range as you please by editing the ipfilter.dat file.
 
 
 
 
 
To check if you are blocking the IP's, in the Logger tab you should see the following;
 
 
 
Loaded ipfilter.dat (2 entries)
