My comments (spin): 2.3: I leave file downloads active all the time (which I assume is OK). I'm assuming the Game Time scripts will kill my traffic. My point is it should be clear that the rules should be that wuggers should not attempt to bypass these rules. I think the rule should be: "Wuggers are responsible to ensure that their activities does not bypass or subvert the traffic shaping in place during game time." 2.4.3 I think official language should include Xhosa to mirror the official languages of the Western Cape. 2.6.6 Personal classified adds should be permitted in "appropriate and/or designated places".
