My comments (spin): 2.3: I leave file downloads active all the time (which I assume is OK). I'm assuming the Game Time scripts will kill my traffic. My point is it should be clear that the rules should be that wuggers should not attempt to bypass these rules. I think the rule should be: "Wuggers are responsible to ensure that their activities does not bypass or subvert the traffic shaping in place during game time." 2.4.3 I think official language should include Xhosa to mirror the official languages of the Western Cape. 2.6.6 Personal classified adds should be permitted in "appropriate and/or designated places". To make it more general. 2.6.8 "threats against Wuggers is forbidden." should be "threats against any person is forbidden." --spin 10:46, 29 April 2013 (UTC)

Hi Spin. I believe the last paragraph of 2.3 already clearly states what you've requested in semantic equivalence. 2.4.3. has been edited to stipulate Western Cape languages. I disagree with making 2.6.6 more general - I think advertising rules must be specific. 2.6.8 has been edited. Thank you for your suggestions! --Aragon
